YFC Core Groups
YFC Core Groups are an effective way to mobilize Christian students and adults to reach every teenager at a high school or middle school. Students have existing relationships with their lost peers. YFC Core Groups equip Christian students to make the most of what God is already doing in those relationships and lead their friends into a lifelong relationship with Christ.
Teen Parents
Our mission is to break the cycle of teen pregnancy and abuse. To demonstrate Christian love and support to teen moms and dads. To promote Christian growth in teen moms and dads who desire to follow God.
SPIN City Life
SPIN City Life leaders and an awesome team of volunteers reach out to Pacific Islander young people and their friends who are being alienated from their families and their communities.
Youth Worker Networks
Youth For Christ does not stand alone. It cannot operate without the rest of the body of Christ. YFC seeks to be in relationship and partnership with local churches and youthworkers. We desire to work together to reach every young person in our area. Without each other, this would be an impossible task. Thus, a non-negotiable component of YFC’s outreach into the teenage world is local church participation.
Mid-Cities Area
The Mid-Cities ministry of SoCal YFC has been operating since 1969. This ministry works with students in these communities: Compton, South LA, Watts, North Long Beach, Lynwood, etc. If you would like connection to this ministry, please contact us at mail@socalyfc.org.
Campus Life
Campus Life ministry combines healthy relationships with creative programs to help young people make good choices, establish a solid foundation for life, and positively impact their schools. Like every ministry of YFC, Campus Life seeks to engage these young people wherever they are found as lifelong followers of Jesus Christ.
Turn Your Campus
Turn Your Campus is a 1 day student leader training event designed to train young leaders to be effective representatives of Jesus Christ on their campus with their friends, in their families, and in their communities.
LISTEN
LISTEN Weekends are held twice a year to train young Christian leaders in basic spiritual disciplines. These weekend camps are aimed at high school freshman and above. They provide practical training for students in deepening connection to Jesus and to others.
